Michael's Bio:

Michael is a Vietnam era veteran who was drafted in 1969 and served in the Marines until 1971.

He currently works with local businesses to try and get homeowners to fly the American flag. Michael noticed that he doesn’t see many flags flying outside of homes and businesses and wants to change that.

Michael was nominated by his daughter, Anna Carlson.
