Yesterday Imagines a World Without The Beatles

For Beatles fans, it’s impossible to try to imagine a world where The Beatles never existed. Doing a Google search for “The Beatles” brings back “Did you mean beetles?” Or trying to search John Paul George Ringo, brings back results for Pope John Paul II.

Director Danny Boyle’s (Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire) new movie imagines just such a world. A man suffers an accident, and when he wakes up, The Beatles never existed.

Yet, their classic compositions remain in his head, and every time he plays and sings a Beatles tune, people are blown away that he was able to come up with so many wonderful songs!

The movie, Yesterday, is in theaters June 28.
