A never-before-released track from Jimi Hendrix has surfaced as part of the guitar legend’s newest live box set.

The track, a version of “Ezy Ryder”, was taken from a 1969 New Year’s Eve show at the Fillmore East, marking just the second time Hendrix had performed the song live.

It’s part of the new box set Songs For Groovy Children: The Fillmore East Concerts, which captures Hendrix performing with Band of Gypsys at the legendary New York City concert venue.

The eight-disc set will be out Nov. 22nd.
