Two legendary ‘secret’ gigs by the Rolling Stones will finally be released in a new live album.

Live at the El Mocambo captures two shows played at the tiny 300-capacity El Mocambo club in Toronto in March of 1977.

The gigs were kept a tight secret at the time, with the Stones billed as an unknown blues band called ‘The Cockroaches’. Two tracks from the album (“It’s Only Rock ‘N’ Roll” and “Rip This Joint”) are available to listen to below. Live at the El Mocambo will be out May 13th in two-CD or four-LP formats.
