Red Hot Chili Peppers surprised everyone by announcing a new double album over the weekend, and shared a few more details live from the stage.
During Saturday’s show in Denver, Flea told fans the album was “stacked to the brim” and that the first single “might be called ‘Tippa My Tongue’. I don’t know for sure“.
He might be joking about the single, but the album is real. Return of the Dream Canteen will be out in October and is their second new album of 2022 after April’s Unlimited Love.
