Late Comic Richard Jeni Predicted Media’s Reaction to Hurricane Harvey

The late Richard Jeni really nailed it with this one. It seems that comics have the ability to basically predict what’s going to happen in politics and society in general.

George Carlin was good at it, but we don’t have specifics at the ready. You’d have to do a Google search.

Anyway, we’re not picking on one network in particular, because they all do it, but we’ve posted an example (below Jeni’s routine) of a reporter sticking a microphone in the face of a Hurricane Harvey victim…

…pretty much the way Richard Jeni predicted some 30 years prior.
