It’s something most of us dream of: meeting our idols.
Brad Blanks has had that dream come true, he has interviewed Robert De Niro on the red carpet, but most run-ins aren’t as fruitful as one would like.
So unfruitful, in fact, that it’s become a running joke over the course of Brad’s career. “How little will Robert De Niro say this time?”
Check out a few of the many interactions Brad has had with Robert De Niro.
Brad Blanks was at the red carpet premiere of Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and was under strict rules not to ask Tom Cruise a question, but the little bugger couldn’t resist! How could he? It’s TOM CRUISE!
He also had the good fortune of being able to speak to comedic actor Simon Pegg about MI5, the likely hood of a role in Top Gun 2, and Brad tries quite unsuccessfully to get Simon to reveal which character he’s playing in the new Star Wars film.
Method Man was in great spirits on the red carpet for the Amy Schumer movie, Trainwreck. Method has a small role in the movie and has to put on a distinct accent!

Our friend, Brad Blanks was able to attend the premiere of American Sniper. Check out his interviews and the kind things he had to say about the movie.
Hitting theatres nationally today is American Sniper. This movie is fantastic and my personal favorite of the year. Bradley Cooper surprised himself by getting an Oscar nomination for a role he worked hard to get to the screen. The director of the movie is Clint Eastwood. I caught up with Mr Eastwood at a cocktail event where I attempted to learn how the great actor/director makes movies…
Also starring in the movie is Sienna Miller. She plays Chris Kyle’s wife in the movie. Many years ago I partied with Sienna and then interviewed her the following day. I thought she might remember….errrr….. not really! Check out our chat.
Also at the Premiere was the CEO of the Irag and Afghanistan Veterans Association, Paul Reickhoff @paulreickhoff and Ryan Tomlinson. Both veterans there to support the memory of Chris Kyle. These guys explained the legend of him to me.
John Malkovich is one of the great actors of our time.
From his turn in Being John Malkovich to the evil criminal in Con Air.
Brad Blanks manages to chat with him at the Penguins of Madagascar premiere and attempted to understand his method of acting for his role as an octopus.
